Then work gets loud. I sleep badly for a week. One session doesn&amp;rsquo;t happen, then two. The plan still says &lt;em&gt;Tuesday: intervals&lt;/em&gt;, and now it&amp;rsquo;s also silently saying &lt;em&gt;you&amp;rsquo;re behind&lt;/em&gt;. So I plan to restart properly on Monday.
